Pula Ferry Port
Located in the deep bay of the Istrian peninsula, the Pula ferry port is one of the smaller ferry ports in Croatia. Passenger catamarans/ferries from Venice arrive and depart from this spot, as well as popular island hopping ferry from/to Zadar via the local islands of Unije, Susak, Losinj, Ilovik and Silba. There are no car ferries that arrive at this ferry port. The nearest car ferry port is Rijeka in Croatia.
The only direct international crossing from Pula is to Venice in Italy. From here, you can cross to Italy and get some other ferries to travel further to Greece or Albania. The alternative port and nearest international ferry crossing port is Trieste.

Getting To Pula Ferry Port
Ferry port location
The ferry port is situated on the waterfront, in Ulica Svetog Petra, 52100 Pula about 0.5 km away from the city centre. The most convenient way to reach the port is by local bus or taxi. The main bus terminal is situated 0.5 km away from the port, about 8 minutes walking distance (map) and close to the city centre, so from there you can easily get to the port. If you have a suitcase, get a taxi (5 min drive). Here is the orientation map/info:
How to get from Pula Airport to Ferry Port
There is a regular bus shuttle between the main bus station and the Pula airport which is about 7.5 kilometres away from here. The cheapest price for a one-way ticket is 2.5 euros. The alternative is to take a taxi which will cost you about 15 Euro one way to/from the ferry port.
From the city centre to the ferry terminal
From the city centre, you can either walk or take a local bus (green & yellow one) that connects the main bus station and port. Bus lines take you to/from the city centre to the port – info here.
Ticket office
A ticket kiosk/a small ticket office is located in the port itself next to the local cafe and ATM. All ferry crossings for which tickets are on sale are clearly displayed. If you are buying last-minute tickets for any crossings, try to be here as soon as you can. If you leave it late, they may be a very long waiting queue, especially in the summer. Luggage Storage
There are currently no dedicated left luggage facilities in the port itself. The nearest left luggage is at the main bus station which is 8 min walk from the port. You can also ask in the local cafe, they may look after your bags for a while.
Parking
There is plenty of parking places in the vicinity of the port. If you are picking up or dropping off at the ferry terminal then there are parking bays directly outside the terminal for this purpose. You can find long-stay car parks in several places in the town (map).
WIFI Connection
Free Wi-Fi is available in the port (WIFI4EU) as well as in the whole town. You can use the Wi-Fi service to go online for free anywhere in the town. The WIFI network covers a large surrounding area around the port.
