Ferry crossings from Italy to Greece are starting from Venice, Ancona, Bari, and Brindisi arriving (or departing) to Corfu, Igoumenitsa, Patras, Sami, and Zakynthos. Indirectly, with two changes, you can also cross to Greece from Trieste or via Croatia from Zadar, Split, and Dubrovnik.

The most frequent route is sailing from Brindisi to Igoumenitsa that runs up to 10 times per week. This is also the shortest journey with a duration of about 7 hrs. The longest journey is from Venice to Patras, the overnight journey lasts about 35 hours.
