Rovinj Ferry Port

Located on the waterfront of the lovely Rovinj Old Town, on the Istrian peninsula, the Rovinj ferry port is among the smaller ferry ports in Croatia. Passenger ferries from Trieste, Venice, and Cesenatico arrive and depart from this spot. There are no car ferries that stop at this ferry port. The nearest car ferry port is Trieste in Italy and Rijeka in Croatia.

Ticket office

If you are buying last-minute tickets for any route, try to be in the port as soon as you can. If you leave it late, especially in the summer you may end up not getting a place on the ferry. Book online, in advance, to save yourself the trouble. Check also what to wear on the ferry.

Luggage Storage

There is plenty of parking places but not all are in the vicinity of the port. If you are picking up or dropping off at the ferry terminal then there are parking bays outside the terminal on a few min walk – check the map here. You can find long-stay car parks in several places in the town (consult the same map)

Free Wi-Fi is available in the port as well as in several places in the town. Use free wifi in Rovinj Heritage Museum (near the port) or in local cafes/restaurants on the waterfront where you can use the Wi-Fi service to go online for free. A couple of WIFI networks cover a large surrounding area around the port.
